Led by Bishop James A. Griffin, in 2002 the Catholic Diocese of Columbus committed to a massive training effort directed at over 3,000 parish and diocesan staff. The Coalition provided the tools needed for identification, intervention, and prevention of family violence. This training has served as a prototype for other faith communities throughout Central Ohio.
