Working through Victim
Touchpoints to Change Lives A family violence victim will most likely look to her doctor, lawyer, religious leader, employer or a social service agency for help. If any of these "touchpoints" fail her, the abuse could continue. The Coalitions job is to guide resources to institutional touchpoints to create the systemic change necessary to break the cycle of violence. These touchpoints have evolved into these Coalition Task Forces: Legal System, Health Care, Faith Community, Business Community and Victim Services. Over 100 volunteers guide the various task force initiatives. For more information on a Coalition task force or any of its initiatives, write to us.
